Job Description

An internal opportunity is now available for an Application & Infrastructure Engineer.

This role supports the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of customer facing applications, POS systems, infrastructure, networks, and site based technologies. You’ll work across cloud and on prem environments, resolve complex technical issues, and support system changes and improvements.

Key responsibilities

Resolve complex application, POS, infrastructure, and network issues

Support and maintain cloud and on prem infrastructure

Troubleshoot site connectivity and network equipment

Support forecourt and site automation systems

Contribute to system upgrades, changes, and projects

Maintain documentation and share technical knowledge

What we’re looking for

Strong technical background in infrastructure, systems, or advanced support

Experience with business critical applications and/or POS systems

Knowledge of cloud and on prem environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, Windows Server)

Networking experience (switches, routers, firewalls)

A collaborative, proactive approach to problem solving
