Join our team in Saray and become our new Application Expert/Engineer!

We're looking for a proactive and experienced professional to take the lead on strategic product application projects. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for heat-applied label technology - including heat transfer, silicon, and woven labels. You will drive standardization, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure our global standards are seamlessly implemented at the local level.

Your work will be crucial in building strong relationships with commercial and operational leaders, ensuring our application strategies are perfectly aligned with our company's growth.

What You'll Do:

• Be a technical leader for heat-applied labels, providing expertise and guidance across the organization.
• Solve problems by diagnosing technical developments and quality issues, and presenting your findings to stakeholders.
• Drive standards by creating and implementing global processes that support our customers proactively.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth rollout and high visibility for our key programs.
• Develop and train local teams, building their skills and ensuring a consistent, high-quality service.
• Build relationships with vendors and internal teams to maximize productivity and align on strategic goals.

What We're Looking For:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in engineering, research, or a related field.
• You are an expert communicator with strong verbal and written English skills.
• You have a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You are an analytical problem-solver with excellent project management skills.
• Textile knowledge is a big plus!
• You are comfortable with a 50% travel requirement within Türkiye and the surrounding region.
