Responsibilities:
• The mission involves ensuring the monitoring and operational maintenance of the Core Data squad's applications (Commercial Databases, Delegated Interfaces, etc.);
• Monitoring batch processing in production - Level 2 support in case of production incidents;
• User support - Analysis of malfunctions and collaboration with the Application Maintenance Team (TMA) responsible for corrections;
• Management of action plans for resolving underlying problems (recurring incidents, critical incidents);
• Operational management of maintenance schedules;
• Application of the TDI (Request and Incident Handling) processes in place;
• Production of performance indicators (application availability rate, monitoring of support ticket inventory);
• Certificate management.

Qualifications:
• Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL (very prevalent);
• Informatica PowerCenter;
• Linux;
• Control-M scheduler;
• CFT;
• Git (Toolchain).
