Application Developer in R&D Team

We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile AR Engineer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate combines strong mobile development expertise (Flutter, Swift) with hands-on experience in Augmented Reality (ARCore, ARKit) and a strong innovation-driven mindset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and/or Swift, integrating ARCore and ARKit functionalities, and ensuring production-grade quality, scalability, and reliability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and innovation teams to translate research concepts into deployable solutions. The role requires strong technical ownership, architectural thinking, and the ability to work on complex systems.

• 4+ years of proven experience in mobile development (Flutter and/or Swift)
• Hands-on experience with ARCore and/or ARKit
• Experience delivering technically complex or innovative products
• Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features
• Experience in R&D, deep tech, or medtech is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Understanding of system integration and backend communication (REST APIs, real-time data)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2000 € /brutto.
