About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and digitally savvy Application & Data Manager to lead the implementation, management, optimization, and continuous improvement of workplace applications and systems, with a strong focus on Workplace Management Systems (for example Axxerion, ServiceNow, Planon, The Office App etc) integrated platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless system performance, data integrity, and user experience across global sites.

You will be responsible for the technical and functional ownership, structure for digital systems and application, implementation planning, project delivery, integration with other internal Flora Food Group corporate systems and stakeholder engagement for workplace technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a sharp eye for data, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital workplace innovation.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

Technical Leadership & System Ownership

• Manage workplace platforms (e.g., Axxerion, ServiceNow, Planon, The Office App) ensuring optimal configuration, uptime, and user support

• Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, testing, rollout, and training

Data-Driven Decision Support

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems to support strategic decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary contact for global stakeholders, aligning system capabilities with business needs

• Collaborate with IT, HR, Procurement, Facilities, Safety, and vendors for seamless integration and data flow

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

• Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions

• Drive digital innovation and process improvements in workplace technology

Documentation & Governance

• Develop and maintain system roadmaps, SOPs, training materials, and user documentation

• Ensure structured governance and support for global users and administrators
