As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks an Application & Contract Operations Team Leader.
The role leads the Application & Contract Operations team, ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant management of all new customer applications and contracts.
It coordinates the team’s daily operations, monitors performance, and ensures the implementation of commercial policy and Contract Management guidelines. The role covers the management of Telesales applications through to submission, as well as the timely review and routing of all network applications to the relevant operators or continuation of the activation flow.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily operations and support the Application & Contract Operations team
• Monitor productivity, backlog and SLA performance for applications and contracts
• Oversee Back Office handling of Telesales activity and ensure timely customer follow-up for documentation collection
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness for proper and timely submission in Salesforce, and smooth transition from intake to review
• Supervise contract review and ensure compliance with commercial policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor processes for application acceptance, rejection and corrections
• Implement risk control procedures, identify potential risks, and support credit and documentation validation rules
• Collaborate with Telesales, Retail, as well as Indirect channels and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and accelerate the application lifecycle
• Support KPI tracking and operational targets in collaboration with the Manager
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and actions to reduce delays, rework and errors
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Contract Management, Back Office Operations, Application Processing, or Risk Control
• Experience in the energy or telecommunications sector will be considered a strong asset
• Ability to monitor operational KPIs and SLAs
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks related to contracts and application processes
