Appliance Repair Technician (Whirlpool Preferred)

Pay: $55,000 – $110,000 per year + Bonus Pay

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Field Service (Start from Home – Company Vehicle Provided)

Appliance Repair Technician Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair major household appliances:

Refrigerators (sealed systems)

Washers & dryers

Dishwashers

Microwaves

Gas & electric ranges/stoves

Provide excellent customer service in customers’ homes

Explain repair issues and solutions clearly to customers

Use mobile devices to complete digital work orders

Maintain a high level of first-time fix rate and customer satisfaction

Stay current on appliance technology and smart home system

Requirements

Experience in appliance repair, refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical work

Sealed system experience REQUIRED (or strongly preferred)

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong communication and customer service skills

High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Whirlpool appliances

EPA certification (for refrigeration work)

Previous in-home service experience
