About the Role:

As an App User Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) you will be instrumental in driving the growth of Redcare’s mobile apps across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment, where your app marketing expertise and data-driven mindset will help bring acquisition strategies to life and directly contribute to the success and growth of Redcare’s app business. 

About your tasks: 

• Take ownership of forecasting, budget planning and scaling strategies to ensure sustainable and efficient new app user growth 

• Plan, launch and manage app user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok and DSPs to drive new user growth 

• Continuously optimize campaigns based on KPI targets to maximize performance and scalability 

• Drive structured testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, formats and channels to identify new growth levers 

• Collaborate with product, analytics and tech teams to implement and maintain mobile measurement setups (e.g. via Adjust, AppsFlyer) and ensure accurate attribution 

• Optimize the app store presence (ASO) to increase organic installs and conversion rates 

About you:

 

• You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in app user acquisition marketing, ideally in an e-commerce, digital, or agency environment 

• You are confident managing and scaling paid app install campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, or DSPs 

• You have experience with mobile measurement partners (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer) and a solid understanding of mobile attribution, tracking, and funnel optimization 

• You have hands-on experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and a basic understanding of keyword optimization, store listing elements, and performance drivers 

• You have strong analytical and optimization skills, with a clear data-driven mindset 

• You are proactive, well organized and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment 

• You are fluent in English and have at least a B1 level in German
