About the Role:

As the App Platform Team Lead, you will lead the team that design, build and operate the app infrastructure Your focus will be on creating and evolving shared code, SDKs, templates and platform services that enables the support of multiple product streams, while managing the unique technical complexity of mobile (iOS/Android, cross-platform code, native integrations). This is a senior, high-impact platform role — the team’s work is central to our mobile product and carries broad technical ownership across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance and innovative engineering culture.

• Define and evolve platform architecture that supports shared code, cross-team reuse, and increased developer velocity while addressing mobile-specific complexity (native modules, bridging, cross-platform patterns).

• Make critical technical tradeoffs that balance long-term maintainability with short-term business needs.

• Stay hands-on: drive design and implementation of core pieces of the platform and

• Drive full-stack development, leading backend and frontend implementations as needed.

• Conduct deep technical research to identify and implement the best solutions for performance, security, and reliability.

Our Technology Stack:Node.js, React Native, Redux, ReactJS, Scala, Play, Microservices, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, Spark, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and more.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years as a Team Lead or Engineering Lead with demonstrated people leadership and delivery ownership.

• 5+ years building mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.

• Strong, practical experience with mobile CI/CD for iOS & Android (build automation, signing, rollouts/canaries).

• Proven experience building SDKs, libraries or developer tooling that are consumed by multiple product teams.

• Excellent communicator, able to align technical strategy with product needs and translate tradeoffs for cross-functional partners.

• Education: A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
