As App Growth Manager, you will join our App Growth team, working closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Design teams to drive the growth of our mobile apps across multiple European markets. This position is unlimited and located in Berlin.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive app growth initiatives across organic and paid channels to increase visibility and user acquisition

• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, performance, and acquisition efficiency

• Plan, run, and analyze experiments and A/B tests to validate growth ideas

• Manage and improve App Store Optimization (ASO), including keyword research, metadata, and store assets

• Work closely with designers and copywriters to improve app store visuals and messaging

• Support planning, optimization, and analysis of paid app campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns)

• Monitor performance and user behavior using analytics and attribution tools

• Collaborate with Product, Data, and MarTech teams on tracking, attribution, and measurement

• Use modern growth tools and automation to scale testing and reduce manual work

• Track competitors and market trends to identify new growth opportunities

YOU COME WITH

• Professional experience in app growth, performance marketing, ASO, or paid user acquisition

• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear actions

• Hands-on experience with app growth and ASO tools, including AppTweak, Sensor Tower, AppFigures, Mobile Action, as well as analytics tools such as GA4, Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, and attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch

• Practical exposure to paid app marketing platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns, to support acquisition, testing, and optimization

• Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and experimentation frameworks

• Structured and hands-on working style with a strong ownership mindset

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams

• Practical experience using AI / GenAI tools to automate repetitive work, improve productivity, and optimize daily workflows (e.g. code generation, debugging, documentation, decision support), with a proactive mindset toward adopting new AI tools

• Excellent level of English is essential; German is a plus
