Job Description

We are now accepting applications for an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Newburgh, IN, area.

TEMP TO HIRE POSITION

Monday-Friday (on call position)

Flexible schedule

Responsibilities

Performs MINOR painting, carpentry, and masonry work.

Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots, and other work areas Prepares apartments for move-in and completes refurbishing of apartments after moving-out, including painting of apartments.

Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repairs making notes and recommendations using an established checklist.

Maintains grounds including outside residence repair and garbage removal or coordinates services with outside vendors where appropriate.

Performs MINOR electrical maintenance.

Performs MINOR plumbing maintenance.
