Apartment Listings Management (Social Media Posting)

We are looking for an Apartment Listings Management Specialist who will be responsible posting our content on a daily basis onto Facebook marketplace to advertise apartments available for lease and rent for our real estate company. Creating, updating, and optimizing rental property listings while utilizing social media and digital platforms to attract potential tenants. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and social media marketing experience.

• Create and manage apartment rental listings on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace.
• Post engaging content, including photos, videos, and descriptions, on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor and update property availability, pricing, and listing details to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries and messages from potential renters on listing sites and social media.
• Work closely with property managers and leasing agents to highlight key features of available apartments.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase engagement and leads.
• Track social media and listing performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure listings comply with fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Assist with scheduling property tours and coordinating with prospective tenants

Requirements:
• Experience in property management, real estate marketing, or social media content creation.
• Proficiency in listing platforms like Facebook Marketplace
• Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and engagement tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing posts using Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools (preferred).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
