Apartment Complex Porter

Job Description:
Quantum Building Maintenance is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter for a residential apartment community located in downtown Austin. This is a full-time, weekday position ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping properties clean, organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities Include:

Maintaining cleanliness of common areas (hallways, lobbies, stairwells, amenities)

Trash removal and dumpster area upkeep

Light groundskeeping and property upkeep

Assisting maintenance team as needed

Ensuring the property remains clean and presentable at all times

Qualifications:

Previous porter or janitorial experience preferred

Pool cleaning experience is a plus but not required

Ability to work independently and stay on task

Dependable with strong attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
