Job Description

Quantum Building Maintenance Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaner to service an apartment community in Baytown, TX. This is a part-time morning position.

Areas to Be Cleaned:

Amenity areas

Fitness center (gym)

Leasing office

Model apartment

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain common areas according to company standards

Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Clean restrooms and high-touch surfaces

Empty trash and replace liners

Ensure amenities and office areas are clean and presentable

Qualifications:

Prior cleaning experience preferred

Ability to work independently

Reliable and punctual

Attention to detail

Schedule:

2 days per week

4 hours per shift

7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
