APAC Talent Acquisition Partner
As a mid- level Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to own end-to-end hiring across a variety of roles
This role is critical to building the next chapter of Almedia — from shaping key teams in APAC to driving our international expansion into new markets. You’ll be hands-on with the process while contributing to our hiring strategy and improving candidate experience
What You’ll Do 🎯
• Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and commercial roles, from intake to offer
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring success
• Run structured, data-informed processes that drive both quality and speed
• Own key hiring processes in APAC while supporting global expansion efforts
• Champion a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across markets
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and knowledge-sharing across the TA team
What You’ll Bring 💡
• Experience hiring in the APAC market, ideally within scaling startups or high-growth companies
• Track record of successful full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders and advising hiring teams with credibility
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese and a structured, strategic approach to hiring
• Japanese or Korean language proficiency is a bonus.
• A data-informed mindset using insights to improve performance and guide decisions
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
