The Program: A Professional Launchpad
The APAC Internship Program is a structured, 3-month career development program designed for high-potential students looking to move beyond the classroom to act as a Strategic Knowledge Broker in global business practice. As an intern, you will be fully immersed in our fast-paced business in APAC, working alongside seasoned professionals to facilitate the exchange of high-level industry intelligence. This program is a fast-track to gain professional maturity, equipping you with a versatile toolkit in negotiation, market research, and strategic communication within a high-growth international environment.
The Role: Strategic Knowledge Broker
You will dive into the "engine room" of global business. Your mission is to assist our Expert Calls team in researching, identifying and persuading the world’s most niche industry experts to share their insights with our blue-chip clients.
• The Challenge: One day, you might help a Private Equity firm understand the 5G landscape in Africa; the next, you’re sourcing experts for a solar energy project in the Middle East.
• The Mission: You will dive deep into various industries, conduct high-level profile research, and use your intuition to identify and headhunt top-tier experts.
• The Impact: You aren't just making cold-calls; you are curated "human intelligence" for the world's most influential businesses.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Deconstructing Briefs & Expert-Identify: Analyzing complex client needs to identify the missing information to their knowledge gaps, and conduct a thorough research on tools to identify the best-matching, relevant C-suite executives and industry leaders' profiles globally.
• Cold-Call Outreach & Persuasion: You will use phone, LinkedIn, and professional networks to initiate a conversation and pitch our projects, persuade experts to participate, and effectively communicate the value of joining the consultation.
• End-To-End Engagement Management: You are responsible for the 'final mile.' After vetting top-tier experts, you will manage the seamless delivery, securing the best time slots across the time zones, overseeing the coordination to ensure the engagement occurs successfully and the client’s knowledge gaps are closed.
Requirements:
We seek resilient, curious, and commercially-minded students who are ready to excel in a professional, target-driven setting. To get the best out of this opportunity, you will need the following:
• Academic Standing: 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or fresh graduated students (all disciplines welcome) available for a full-time, at least 3-month commitment;
• Communication Excellence: Fluent English communication is essential;
• Business Curiosity: A demonstrated interest in global markets and industries, evidenced by your studies, extracurriculars, or previous internships;
• Performance Mindset: The ability to work toward specific targets and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines;
• Growth Orientation: A proactive attitude toward feedback and a desire to master the art of commercial negotiation and professional persuasion.
Benefits:
• Career Progression: High-performing interns are prioritized for full-time Associate offers upon graduation.
• Competitive Compensation: A competitive paid internship stipend and performance-based recognition.
• Mentorship & Training: Access to the same high-level "Commercial Bootcamp" training as our full-time staff, with regular 1-on-1 coaching.
• Modern Workspace: A collaborative, high-energy office environment in the heart of HCMC.
• Community & Wellbeing: Sponsored team-bonding events, weekly health activities (football, badminton, etc.), and a diverse, international workplace culture.
