Restaurant365 is seeking an AP Payments Specialist to support the operational execution of vendor payments and vendor onboarding for the Restaurant365 AP Payments platform.

This role is responsible for both AP payment fulfillment and vendor enablement activities, ensuring that vendor payments are processed accurately while also supporting the expansion of Restaurant365’s electronic vendor payment network.

The AP Payments Specialist will work closely with restaurant operators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure vendors are successfully enrolled in electronic payments and that payments are processed accurately, securely, and on time.

This role partners with Banking Operations, Payments Risk & Compliance, Customer Success, and Product teams to support the reliability and growth of Restaurant365’s AP Payments ecosystem.

How you'll add value: :
Onboarding & Customer Success

• Support the AP Payments Fulfillment team responsible for customer onboarding, training, and escalation resolution.

• Support the full lifecycle of fulfillment, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.

• Utilize and execute automated onboarding workflows to improve time-to-value and customer satisfaction.

Vendor Enablement & Enrollment

• Support the onboarding of vendors to R365 electronic payment network

• Contact vendors to facilitate enrollment in ACH and virtual card payment options

• Collect and verify vendor payment information including banking details and payment preferences

• Ensure vendor profiles are accurately configured within the AP Payments platform

• Educate vendors on payment options, remittance details, and payment processes

• Vendor Payment Support

• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries related to payment status, payment methods, and remittance information

• Assist in resolving vendor payment issues such as incorrect payment information or payment delivery questions

• Work closely with Customer Success teams to ensure a positive payment experience for restaurant operators and vendors

Operational Monitoring & Reporting

• Track daily vendor payment activity to ensure accuracy and successful payment execution

• Maintain documentation and operational records related to payment processing and vendor onboarding

• Support internal reporting related to vendor enrollment activity, electronic payment adoption, and payment processing volumes

• Safeguard confidential financial data and personally identifiable information (PII) encountered during daily payment processing in accordance with company data security policies and internal controls.

Risk Awareness & Payment Controls

• Follow established procedures to ensure vendor payment information is validated prior to payment processing

• Identify and escalate potential fraud indicators or suspicious vendor payment requests

• Partner with Payments Risk Manager when payment issues or concerns arise

What you'll need to be successful in this role: :
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts payment operations, payments operations, or financial operations

• Familiarity with accounts payment processes and vendor payment workflows

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactional work

• Strong organization and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with both vendors and internal teams

• Ability to responsibly manage confidential financial data and personally identifiable information (PII) while adhering to company data security and privacy policies

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation:
• This position has a salary range of $33.65 - $47.12 hourly. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
