We are seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will provide essential support to our executives, managing a wide array of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing daily tasks.
• Filtering emails, responding to inquiries, and drafting correspondence on behalf of executives.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
• Conducting research and compiling reports or presentations as needed.
• Maintaining and organizing documents and files for easy access.
• Supporting project management tasks and assisting with team coordination.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our executives' productivity and ensuring that the business runs efficiently.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Experience in a remote working environment is a plus.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.
