Fusion Worldwide is expanding, and this is a newly created headcount to the Regional Finance team. Reporting to Finance Manager, APAC, the incumbent is tasked to handle the following outlined responsibilities.

What You Can Do For Us
• Perform payment and collection duties for APAC offices
• Liaise with vendors and other departments to resolve inquiries on invoices related matters
• Preparing of AR aging reports on timely basis
• Responsible for collection of outstanding receivables, including working with internal and external stakeholders to close overdue accounts
• Timely bookkeeping relating to accounts payables / receivables matters
• Generating Sales Invoices for APAC offices on Trade Receivables
• Assist in credit release for sales orders
• Validation of employee claims from our China offices
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Who We’re Looking For
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable / Receivables functions
• Basic knowledge of GST
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain strong vendor relationships
• Meticulous and organized
• Proactive and independent
• Strive in dynamic environment and embrace new challenges
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot/VLOOKUP)
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus
