ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform the mounting, cabling of AESA antennas and passive sub-elements in line with procedures and quality standards Support the near-field tuning and test team during the AESA antennas test campaigns in anechoic chamber Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test reports, issue tracking, and performance analysis, ensuring accurate records for future reference Actively contribute to process improvements in antennas mounting/cabling procedures, driving efficiency and quality enhancements Act as a mentor and technical referent, guiding junior technicians in the proper execution of building blocks and antennas integrations WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 5 years of experience in the integration of complex sub-systems, ideally in defense and/or space applications. Experience in radiofrequencies measurement is a strong plus. QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's in manufacturing. PREFERRED SKILLS Experience in assembly, integration and tests of systems or sub-systems Good knowledge of power and tests benches (user profile) Ability to take part of technical troubleshooting campaigns Ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior technicians, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, identify anomalies, and suggest corrective actions Ability to drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies, optimizing the efficiency and quality of products/sub-systems integration You speak English with excellent communication.
