Antenna Design Engineer

Main Purpose:
As an Antenna Design Engineer, you will lead the design and development of advanced RF components and antenna systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions for customer applications, support R&D initiatives, and mentor junior engineers. This role is ideal for an antenna design professional with a passion for innovation and a track record of delivering complex designs from concept to production.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop antennas and RF circuits across a wide frequency range (100 MHz to 10GHz).
• Lead integration of standard and custom antennas into wireless devices.
• Perform simulations using CST and other EM tools.
• Conduct measurements using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambers.
• Collaborate with mechanical and production to optimize product performance.
• Support customer engagements with technical expertise and troubleshooting.
• Document design processes, test results, and validation reports.

Knowledge and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, RF Engineering or related field
• 0 to 5 Years of Experience in Antenna/RF Industry.
• Hands on Experience in EM Simulation tools (CST), Altium or other ECAD products
• Hands on Experience in using lab equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Call Box)
• Knowledge in communication standards such as CDMA, GSM/GPRS, UMTS, HSPA, LTE, EDVO, WIFI, GPS, EDGE, 5G, UWB, GNSS and others.
