En VML Perú estamos buscando al mejor talento para que se integre a nuestro equipo en la posición de Animador(a) 2D/3D :

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, modelar y animar assets 3D en Blender para piezas de video, social y campañas integradas.

• Desarrollar rigs y animaciones creíbles (personajes, productos, motion) asegurando calidad y consistencia.

• Preparar texturas, iluminación y render (Cycles/Eevee) optimizando tiempos sin sacrificar calidad.

• Integrar elementos 2D/3D y colaborar con directores de arte, editores y diseñadores para asegurar una narrativa visual coherente.

• Entregar archivos ordenados y versionados, siguiendo estándares de pipeline y nomenclatura.

• Participar en la preproducción creativa (ideas, styleframes, animatics) y proponer mejoras técnicas/creativas.

• Cumplir plazos y priorizar tareas en un entorno ágil, manteniendo comunicación clara con el equipo.

Requisitos

• Modalidad Híbrida

• Software: dominio comprobable de Blender.

• Experiencia: dominio avanzado en modelado y animación 3D (portafolio requerido).

• Inglés intermedio

• Conocimiento de principios de animación, storytelling visual y composición.

• Organización de archivos, orden y estándares de calidad en pipeline de postproducción.

Deseable

• Manejo de herramientas 2D/motion (por ejemplo: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Conocimientos en shading, simulaciones, físicas, partículas y/o FX.

• Nociones de rigging avanzado y weight painting.

• Experiencia con edición de video y sonido básico.

• Familiaridad con flujos ágiles y herramientas de colaboración (por ejemplo: Slack, suites de proyecto, gestores de tareas).
