Android Developer (Compose – UI Components & Design Systems)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Android (Kotlin) Developer (3–5 years) with deep Compose expertise (2+ years of experience) to focus on building robust, reusable UI components following exist structure. This role is UI-focused and requires strong collaboration with design, a solid understanding of Figma files and design systems, and a high standard for accessibility and clean code.

You will be working primarily on the presentation layer, ensuring UI components are scalable, accessible, and aligned with design tokens and system guidelines, with high performance, and less decompositions if not needed

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain reusable Compose components aligned with a design system
• Implement UI respecting current structure
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready Compose reusable component
• Apply design tokens (colors, typography, spacing, states) consistently in code
• Ensure following accessibility standards
• Support multiple screen sizes, orientations, and language direction, and dark/light settings
• Collaborate with designers to refine layouts, animations, and interactions
• Maintain high standards of code clarity, modularity, and testability
• Review and refactor UI code for maintainability and performance

Required Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of professional Android (Kotlin) development experience
• 2+ years experience in Compose
• Experience working in Design Systems
• Proven ability to build modular, reusable UI componentsStrong knowledge of accessibility standards and best practicesPractical experience working with Figma design files, including: Components and variants, Design tokens (colors, typography, spacing, states), Auto-layout and responsive behavior
• Experience supporting multiple device sizes and orientations
• High attention to detail in UI behavior, layout precision, and animations
