We are currently hiring for the position of Analyzer Service Engineer / Senior Analyzer Engineer for a leading organization in Saudi Arabia. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work on advanced refinery and petrochemical analyzer systems.

Job Purpose:
The Analyzer Service Engineer will act as the technical focal point for customers, executing site services, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for refinery and petrochemical process analyzer systems. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in online process analyzers, sample conditioning systems, and refinery analytical applications.
Experience Required:
• Minimum 5 to 12 years of experience in analyzer systems design, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and training within Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute analyzer turnaround maintenance and manage assigned service projects
• Recommend and implement analyzer design improvements and upgrades
• Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process analyzers including GC, Oxygen, Combustion, Dew Point, and CEMS systems
• Evaluate and optimize sample conditioning systems
• Develop and conduct technical training programs for analyzer technicians
• Support commissioning, start-up, FAT, SAT, and emergency maintenance activities
• Maintain analyzer documentation, spares, and consumables
• Provide expert technical support for analyzer and sample handling systems
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech.)
OR
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of process analyzer principles and refinery applications
• Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance
• Expertise in sample conditioning system design and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with CEMS, Gas Chromatographs, Moisture, TOC, and Liquid Analyzers
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Analyzer Systems Exposure (Preferred):
• Process Gas Analyzers (O₂, H₂, IR/UV, Wobbe Index, Dew Point)
• Gas Chromatographs (Yokogawa GC8000, Siemens Maxim II, ABB PGC Series)
• CEMS (Durag, Yokogawa, ABB)
• Moisture, Liquid, Combustion, and Physical Property Analyzers
• Sample Conditioning & Recovery Systems
Personal Attributes:
• Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for regional site assignments
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Additional Note:
Hands-on experience with Ametek, Yokogawa, ABB, Siemens, Sick, Agar, Hobre, Durag, or Teledyne analyzers will be a strong advantage.
