Role Overview
The Marketplace Analytics Manager focuses on the health and efficiency of our programmatic exchange. You will support the Marketplace team by identifying trends in supply and demand, maintaining operational parity across different tech stacks, and ensuring the platform remains profitable through data-driven adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Performance Monitoring:
• Track key exchange metrics such as bid rates, win rates, and clear rates to ensure stable performance.
• Identify anomalies in daily revenue or volume and work with account teams to investigate causes.
• Monitor traffic quality signals and provide data to support internal quality standards.
Yield Support & Margin Maintenance:
• Analyze publisher and DSP combinations to ensure performance targets are being met across business units.
• Identify segments where current settings may be impacting competitiveness or profitability.
• Measure the impact of optimizations and floor changes to ensure they align with broader business goals.
Operational Efficiency:
• Support "Traffic Shaping" efforts by identifying low-value or redundant request volume to optimize infrastructure costs.
• Maintain mapping tables and metadata to ensure reporting accuracy across migrated platforms.
• Assist in the review of app-ads.txt and sellers.json files for supply-side transparency.
Cross-Functional Reporting:
• Develop and maintain dashboards for internal teams to visualize marketplace trends.
• Provide ad-hoc data extracts for Business Development and Account Management teams to support client reviews.
