Job Description
I. PURPOSE
The Analytics and Insights Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex data sets and delivering data-driven insights to support business decision-making. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop reports and dashboards that inform strategy and improve performance.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and generate reports for different stakeholders based on their requirements and KPIs.
• Analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, website, customer feedback) to uncover actionable business insights.
• Present findings and insights in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop, format, and communicate detailed sales reporting structure to the sales team and management.
• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and provide timely responses to data-related queries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
• Graduate of any 4-year management course/IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
B. Minimum Experience/Training
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts)
• Comfortable working with data sets, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interest in data analysis, insights generation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to interpret data and present findings in a logical and structured manner.
