About the role

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to help us take our data platform to the next level — so that everyone at Voicemod can make decisions backed by data.

This role is open at both mid and senior level, we'll calibrate title and scope based on your experience. We'd love to hear from you even if you're earlier in your career but bring a builder mindset, and a genuine desire to grow.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with engineers, product teams and analysts to develop data products that are precise and insightful.

Own the data product lifecycle, including designing tracking plans, developing data models, ELT pipelines, and self-serve data products.

Design and maintain an AI-enabled semantic layer that allows business users to interact with data through natural language using agentic AI tools.

Find creative ways to integrate AI into the Data lifecycle.

Be the data steward, ensuring data quality and consistent metrics.

What you'll need

2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics with advanced SQL skills.

Solid knowledge of data modelling.

Experience with dbt and Python.

Experience with event tracking tools like Amplitude, Segment, mParticle, or similar.

Bonus Points

Experience with AI agents for data access — building or configuring natural-language interfaces that let non-technical users query structured data (e.g., LangChain, custom LLM agents, or similar).

Experience with semantic layer tools such as dbt Semantic Layer, Cube, or similar.

Experience with data integration tools like Stitch, dltHub, or Weld.

Familiarity with Snowflake Intelligence or similar for AI-powered data interaction.

Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect.

Passion for audio, music, recording, or sound

Our interview process takes place on Google Meet and tends to consist of the following stages:

Talent Acquisition Call – Get to know Voicemod and share your experience (45 min).

Technical Interview – Showcase your skills in a technical conversation (60 min).

Hiring Manager Interview – Deep dive into your experience, soft skills and role expectations (60 min).
