Аbout us:
OfficeRnD has one mission - making flexible and hybrid working a norm rather than an option.
We started building our SaaS platform back in 2015 to support the future of work. We believe that having freedom and flexibility is the way to provide better workspace experience. That’s what enables us to develop products that matter - for our customers and for the world.
The company has offices in Bulgaria, USA, UK, Australia and our teammates are the ones getting us to the top in our market niche.
If you live and breathe technology as well, come and join us!
About the role:
OfficeRnD is seeking a passionate Analytics Engineer who is enthusiastic about championing data practices and making a significant impact on the teams they collaborate with.
As an Analytics Engineer, you will own and evolve our modern data stack, ensuring that data flows seamlessly from source systems to business-facing analytics.
A core part of this role is building and maintaining well-structured data models in the warehouse, defining how data is organized, transformed, and consumed across the company.
Our data stack:
dbt, Snowflake, Fivetran, Looker
What you’ll do
Build and maintain robust data models in dbt, leveraging advanced features, macros, and best practices
Structure and transform data into clear layers (staging, intermediate, marts)
Maintain and support our data infrastructure
Monitor and optimize data syncs, warehouse performance, and cost
Support Looker dashboards and explores by ensuring accurate and well-modeled underlying data
Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders to deliver data solutions that drive decision-making
Identify and resolve data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integration challenges
Act as a subject-matter expert on the data, its relationships, and overall structure
What you bring:
2–4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer
Proficiency in SQL
Strong experience with dbt, including macros, tests, and performance optimization
Experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse (Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
Familiarity with Fivetran or other ELT tools
Experience with Looker (LookML, dashboards, user permissions)
Good understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g. fact and dimension tables, structuring data for analytics)
Comfort working with Git-based workflows, preferably GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD orchestration
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
Experience with the following would be a plus:
Experience with dimensional modeling in practice (e.g. star schema)
Python
Data quality frameworks
Background in SaaS or B2B product analytics
