About the Job:

As a Client Analyst at NielsenIQ, you will work closely with one of Denmark’s largest grocery retailers. Your role is to help the client make better, data-driven decisions by turning NielsenIQ data into clear insights, recommendations, and compelling stories.

You will build strong client relationships, deliver high-quality analysis and presentations, and act as a trusted advisor across multiple levels of the client organization.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Building a strong partnership with the client and delight the client by delivering analytical insights, presentations and thought leadership in line with commitments.
• Contributing to client retention by sharing data insights, supporting the client needs within data driven decisions to support their business.
• Analyzing information and contributing to presentations with other team members.
• Making best in class insights and presentations for category managers, C-level, consumer insights, marketing and other senior stakeholders etc.
• Working in NielsenIQ’s tools and systems.
• Working closely with the internal sales team to provide them with any opportunities for growth and secure new data sources to NIQ.
• Onsite with clients (frequency will be decided based on clients’ portfolio, approximately 1-3 day per week)

For this business crucial role, you will have to possess strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills. You are a team player - orientated towards details and an analytical approach will make you successful in the analytical part of the job where the key is to be a good listener with the ability to draw clear conclusions from complex data. You are Able to visualize insights in a simple and impactful way. For the client-facing part, good presentation and communication skills are needed where the key is to be a good listener to understand what our clients really need and want from our data and NielsenIQ as a provider.

• Analytical thinking and approach
• Ability to draw clear conclusions from a lot of data that are to the point and visualized in a simplified way
• Orientation to details and analysis method
• A good listener with for the client-facing part, excellent presentation and communication skills
• Highly driven and likes to have a variety of tasks and is adaptable to change

 

Your Qualification:

• Some experience with Retail or FMCG industry, or
• Analytical and/or sales experience in a client-facing role, preferably from the market research industry.
• Ability to build trust and engage the client.
• An engaged and ambitious mindset, not afraid of challenging the status quo.
• Ability to work independently when onsite at the client and as a part of a young but ambitious team
• Good numerical confidence and ability to translate numbers into insights and recommendations.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Like to build relationships and like to network with all levels of the clients organization.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
