Nous recherchons un(e) analyste bilingue français-anglais, professionnel(le) et motivé(e), pour notre équipe des Services mondiaux intégrés répartie partout au Canada. Vous contribuerez directement au succès de Long View en assurant l'excellence du service et en collaborant avec une équipe multiculturelle au service de clients du monde entier. Vous fournirez un soutien de niveau 1 pour tous les systèmes informatiques et de communication utilisés par le service d'assistance.

Une journée typique ::
• Soumettre les problèmes entièrement documentés des clients dans un système de gestion des tickets.
• Analyser les symptômes, déterminer l'urgence et, si possible, fournir une solution au problème.
• Transmettre un incident au groupe de soutien de niveau II approprié lorsque la résolution au premier appel n'est pas possible, et gérer l'incident tout au long de son cycle de vie.
• Comprendre et aider toute escalade de l’incident à l’interne et à l’externe.
• Rechercher des opportunités d'amélioration des processus et assurer le suivi avec les pairs et les responsables pour améliorer la prestation de services


Ce que vous apportez ::
• 1+ années d'expérience dans un rôle de support technique fournissant un support de niveau I dans un centre d’assistance ou de soutien.
• Une capacité à s’exprimer couramment en français et anglais dans un environnement professionnel.
• D’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais.
• Une capacité avérée de dépanner et de résoudre des problèmes techniques et procéduraux.
• Une habileté à s'adapter aux besoins fluctuants des clients et à gérer des situations de stress élevé tout en réagissant rapidement et professionnellement.
• Une aptitude à établir et entretenir des relations avec les pairs et les collègues.
• Une capacité avérée à fournir un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure, autant en personne qu’au téléphone.
• Une disposition et une volonté de travailler le soir et les fins de semaine.
