Roles & Responsibilities:
·         Providing ongoing production support, troubleshooting issues, and managing system releases. 
·         Managing data migration, creating ad-hoc reports, and providing analytics to support business decisions
·         Collaborating with clients, business partners, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and user adoption. 
·         Preparation of technical documentation and updating for Troubleshooting and First level support, Analysis and coordination or release management (new releases, features and enhancements)
·         Conduct testing activities such as: preparation of testing scenarios, reviewing test cases, testing in different instances, updates on testing tool, documentations, exploratory testing etc
·         Maintenance of test data & test users, system cleaning activities, Preparation of pre-roll out activities including change and communication management.
Coordinate with other 1st level groups for trainings, consultation hours and best practices.
Educational qualification:
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Technology
Experience:
3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, including at least one or two full-cycle implementations
Mandatory/requires Skills:
·         Good understanding of HR processes, especially in performance and goal management. 
·          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
·         Logical, structured, proactive, and effective way of working within international virtual teams.
·         Global mindset, team-oriented, resourceful, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
Fluent in English (C1 level)
