Private Debt Mobilisation (PDM) brings together the various private-side distribution and structuring teams from the bank’s corporate and institutional businesses, including private-side structuring, managing underwriting risk, loan primary and secondary syndication, securitization, structured sales, private placement, repackaging, credit insurance and trade distribution teams.
In this challenging analyst role, you’ll report to the Head of PDM Infrastructure and Fund Finance, Europe based in Madrid. If you’ve performed a similar role previously, this could be the perfect opportunity to develop your career.
The difference you’ll make:
• Helping senior members of the team (based in London and Madrid) with the analysis of underwriting and value-added opportunities within the Infrastructure and Fund Finance arena
• Supporting the Structured Finance origination teams across Europe on the deal structuring, pricing and distribution strategy of financing opportunities
• Coordinating with the Loan Sales, Market Sales teams and other PDM teams with regards to other de-risking solutions (included but not limited to CLO, TRS, Loan-on-Loan solutions, principal financing, PCI, portfolio sales)
• Assisting with commercial presentations to internal and external clients, providing information on investor capacity, pricing, comparable transactions and analysis on new technologies
• Assisting with the underwriting, syndication and sell down processes
• Attending meetings with clients and investors

The following requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities essential for success in this role.
• Direct experience in the European Structured Finance loan market including elements of pricing, legal documentation review and an understanding of credit
• Educated to Degree level, or equivalent, in a relevant subject such as Engineering, Finance, Science or Mathematics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
It would also be nice for you to have:
• Fluent in Spanish
• Completed CISI Regulatory Modules
