Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic developments, and industry insights to offer valuable market intelligence to clients and internal teams. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies during the deal-making process. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Experience: Work experience in investment banking or a related financial services role. Financial Skills: Solid understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail. Collaborative: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
