The Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining Item, Product, Supplier, and associated Product data and their relationships in our ERP system (LN). In this role, this person will be responsible for the data maintenance and integration with respect to the data quality rules. Also, responsible for producing and maintaining daily reports for the business. Need to analyze data for reporting.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Integrate the business data maintenance requests in the ERP system promptly
• Determine and use the most appropriate way to integrate the data (manual/mass/import maintenance)
• Apply the data quality rules and checks during the data integration
• Emergency data fixes (missing data, wrong data), including Data analysis/formatting/ cleansing
• Escalate to Senior Management and/or IT when appropriate
• Help to support and test changes that impact the System
• Data analysis, maintenance, and development of reports for the business.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and experience with Master Data Management, especially Product Data.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of data relationships and databases, and recognition of the importance of high-quality data and data integrity
• Working knowledge of applications supporting Master Data Management (Data modeling, cleaning, import)
• Experience working with Master Data in a business context (Items/products, suppliers, catalogs, classifications)
• MS Office (Excel) proficient and exposure to Macros. Knowledge of Baan/LN is an advantage.
• Skills in metrics, reporting, and data analysis, exposure to Power BI, MS-SQL is preferrable.
• Rotational Shifts (2-11 PM IST) and (04.30 PM- 01.30 AM)
