Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and execute automated communication campaigns using Salesforce.
Create and maintain automated journeys using marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms).
Manage advanced segmentation, audiences, triggers, and workflows based on user behavior and data.
Coordinate the delivery of communications, ensuring quality, proper timing, and alignment with business strategy.
Work with user data to develop personalized, data-driven campaigns.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate functional requirements into automation solutions.
Analyze campaign performance (KPIs, open rates, conversion, engagement, etc.) and propose continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with best practices related to deliverability, data protection, and data quality.

Candidate’s Profile:

Previous experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) or similar marketing automation tools.
Educational background: Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, or related fields.
Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple communications and campaigns simultaneously, with high attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
Languages: Advanced level of English (mandatory).
Valued: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or related certifications). Knowledge of CRM best practices, customer journeys, and customer experience.
