Analyst - Logistics Supply Core Team (Ariba/SAP)

• Coordinate the onboarding of hundreds of suppliers into the new Ariba Supplier Portal.
• Support suppliers throughout account creation and system activation.
• Act as a central point of contact between suppliers, supply & Procurement agents, SAP teams, and the project team.
• Build and maintain the supplier deployment plan.
• Track tasks, risks, and actions in Excel and follow up with stakeholders as needed.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate channels and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with team members and internal partners to ensure smooth deployment progress.
• Prepare clear, professional deployment status presentations for various levels of leadership.
• Create/Maintain up to date dashboards and progress summaries.
• Communicate regularly with different teams to ensure alignment and visibility on deployment activities.

• 2–3 years of experience in supplier relationship management or supply chain coordination.
• Bilingual – English & French (fully fluent). Spanish is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (tracking, dashboards) and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations).
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and solution focused.
• Autonomous, proactive, and resourceful.
• Able to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong organizational skills (planning, tracking, prioritization).
• Comfortable working in the grey zone—able to move forward despite ambiguity.
• Flexibility and ability to pivot based on project priorities and urgency.

Assets (Nice to Have):

• Experience working with SAP Ariba.
• Background in aerospace or manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of procurement, supplier management, or digital transformation projects.

Excellent communication skills in French and English, spoken and written.
