Your role at Baxter:
You as Analyst I, Process and Validations, will save and sustain lives through excellent performance as a versatile manufacturing worker with the ability to guarantee all the functions assigned according to the versatility in which they are trained, aligning with quality, efficiency and safety standards.
What you'll be doing:
* Ensure the accurate implementation and documentation of the stages related to process validation and adjustment procedures.
* Guarantee consistency with the Annual Plan of the Master Plan for Validation of Processes and Cleaning and the assigned schedule.
* Align with the indicators of timely closure of Change Control and Protocols. Lead activities related to confirming process and product improvements.
* Secure coordination with the activities programmed by projects to define action plans that ensure the fulfillment of the goals and the final availability of the product.
* Ensure that the flow of communication between the different processes involved in the validation of each project is reliable and timely.
* Guarantee compliance with regulations, quality standards of products and processes that are in the process of remediation.
* Ensure Compliance with Standards ISO9001/2008/ISO 14001/2004 Align with program rules, regulations, and instructions
What You'll Bring !
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical chemistry
* Experience in related fields of 1 year minimum.
*Sophisticated English, bilingual desirable.
*Certification in ISO9001/2008 /ISO 14001/2004
