Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort in Bönen (Großraum Hamm/Dortmund) einen Analyst Financial Planning & Analysis (m/w/d).

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Zentrale Ansprechperson für alle finanzrelevanten Fragestellungen innerhalb der Division Farm Technologies
• Steuerung und Koordinierung des Forecast-, Budget- und Planungsprozesses sowie Sicherstellung der inhaltlichen Qualität sowie fristgerechten Lieferung
• Unterstützung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS, Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen und Bereitstellung klarer Entscheidungsvorlagen
• kontinuierliche Überwachung der finanziellen Performance der Division und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Finance-Teams, CFOs der Einheiten und Performance Controllern der Division
• Erstellung präziser Analysen, Business Cases und Management-Reports, die zur zielgerichteten Steuerung beitragen
• Aktive Mitwirkung im Risikomanagement und Begleitung von Chancen- und Risikoabschätzungen
• Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-, Planungs- und Controllingprozessen mit Fokus auf Automatisierung, Standardisierung und Transparenz
• Unterstützung bereichsübergreifender Projekte, insbesondere zur Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling oder Accounting
• Erste oder fortgeschrittene Erfahrung im Financial Planning & Analysis, Beteiligungscontrolling oder ähnlichen Finance-Funktionen
• Kenntnisse in IFRS sowie Routine im Umgang mit komplexen Datensätzen
• Versiert im Umgang mit BI-Tools und idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx oder ähnlichen Lösungen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
• Analytische Stärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative
• Teamorientierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die gern in einem internationalen Umfeld arbeitet.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
