1785 - Analyst, Finance Operations

Role Summary and Impact

WPP Media handles the media planning and buying for some of the world's smartest advertisers. Supported by keen consumer insight, analysis and experience, we are part of the largest media planning and buying network in the world.

This role sits within the Global Client Solutions team of WPP Media reporting into the Finance Operations Manager. The role will work closely with the Finance Operations team as well as the Agency Commercial teams.

Business Responsibilities:

• To support the finance operations manager and team on the Global Client Solutions Unit within WPP Media

• To work closely with various stakeholders across the business to help manage the Unbilled and Debtors process.

• Working with stakeholders to assist with resolving client billing and related issues.

• To prepare ad-hoc client reconciliations.

• Establish good relationships with key client contacts

• To assist in implementing finance best practice processes (ie media booking, billing and query resolution) across all clients.

• Support on various finance projects, new ways of working, and campaign management

• To assist in NWC preparation monthly.

• To assist in client audits within the agency

• Assist with the SOX and year-end audit by providing all relevant information to the auditors.

• Assist in co-ordinating internal SOX control testing.

• Other ad-hoc tasks.
