Analyst - Finance Operations

Riveron is searching for a Finance Operations Analyst to be responsible for client billing, accounts receivable, and other general accounting functions.

Qualifications:

• Working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

• Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance related field preferred

• 1+ years of experience working in a corporate or client service setting preferred

• OpenAir experience is a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Billing and Accounts Receivable

• Expense report tracking and analysis for billable and non-billable expenses

• Coordination with third party billing as required

• Support billing team as needed and perform other duties as assigned

• Direct interaction with Managing Directors regarding any billing questions or discrepancies

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally at a high level of customer service

• You bring strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems

• You have ability to juggle competing priorities/deadlines

• You must uphold the highest level of professionalism, as well as confidentiality

• You are independent and self-motivated while also working collaboratively with others

• You come with experience in data analysis, trend analysis, and/or financial statement analysis

• You demonstrate ability to be flexible and work in ever-changing, dynamic environments

• You have the ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
