Analyst, Feasibility & Strategy IMEAT

Ennismore has brought together two global F&B leaders, PARIS SOCIETY and RIKAS, renowned for their iconic venues worldwide and recognized as two of the industry's largest F&B operators.

This F&B platform consolidates F&B brand houses and operations, driven by strategic and creative concepts. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and support on facilities review, feasibility analysis, and financial forecasting for projects across IMEAT.
• Assist in the project review process, ensuring efficient coordination with relevant teams such as Operations, Commercial, and Finance.
• Contribute to the development of strategic deals in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Analyse commercial terms and assess their impact on deal valuation using Ennismore’s investment model (under supervision).
• Prepare internal deal approval documentation to support decision-making.
• Create detailed financial models in Excel to support evaluation of new business verticals.
• Conduct ad-hoc strategic projects related to feasibility, market research, and investment analysis.
• Manage and prioritize tasks to meet internal and external timelines.

• Experience in and knowledge of IMEAT hotels, F&B, and branded residences markets
• Experience in market research, hotel operations, and feasibility required with understanding of real estate investment and valuation
• Effective communication, organization, and time management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excell skills & strong report writing capability
• Effective team player and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytics & problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Hospitability Business, Finance or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a comparable field, ideally in financial analysis, investment, or hospitality
