The Role
We are looking for Analyst Consultants with a background in science, economics, or sustainability and an interest in sustainable transport to join our vibrant Sustainable Transport team within our Policy, Strategy and Economics (PSE) practice.

Key Responsibilities

Support project delivery through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, literature reviews, and report writing.
Work on multiple exciting projects, managing your time and contributions effectively.
Collaborate with senior colleagues to provide actionable solutions for climate-focused policy, strategy, and economics challenges.
Gain valuable skills in research, modelling, economic analysis, and client-facing communication.

Key Competencies & Experience

An MSc degree (or near completion) in Science, Engineering, Economics or related fields. A background in transport, climate and environmental policy and technologies would be particularly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data to support evidence-based solutions.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. You can simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word are key).
A collaborative mindset—you’re a team player who thrives in diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
Fluency in English (Spanish required for roles in Madrid; other languages are a plus).
