Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Business Operations Analyst on our Data Intelligence Team in Bayan Lepas What you’ll achieve As a Senior Business Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes. You will: •Conduct preliminary studies of alternative business solutions and brainstorm with the team •Assist on large projects and suggest innovative ideas •Understand business implications of solutions and identify best practices, communicating them to drive knowledge management initiatives •Be responsible for large parts of projects when required Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Data analytic background Knowledge in SQL, Python, Power BI, AI Fresh bachelor's degree or master's graduate in Computer, Information Technology (within 1 year) Solid grasp of business processes and systems capabilities Decent experience with change management and networking with other teams Desirable Requirements •Basic product data knowledge •Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree who graduated within 1 year.
