Job Description Summary
Overview
The Revenue Operations & Enablement department provides centralized billing for products and services billed to customers using the Mastercard Consolidated Billing System (MCBS). MCBS supports the billing for all MasterCard branded transactions, Cirrus/Maestro switch fees, assessment fees, and various other fees.

Our mission is to provide core billing services, drive billing assurance, provide value added services, and enable growth as Mastercard advances commerce globally.

Role
Analyze and respond to inquiries from other MasterCard support teams on billing related questions.
Support Mastercard's newly implemented tax engine.
Set up customer information within the billing system.
Implement and maintain pricing within the billing system.
Provide timely and accurate responses, while always putting the customer first.
Perform manual calculations, and verify proper approvals were obtained per audit policy.
Provide ad hoc reporting analysis for internal and external customers.
Participate with audit and independent accounting firms to provide details on current controls, assist with inquiry of controls, ensure adherence to controls, and identify control improvements.
Maintain ownership of assigned functions, communicate status as appropriate, and maintain desktop procedures to support controls.

Ability to fully research and understand issues and concepts in order to get to full resolution.
Ability to see and understand entire end-to-end process is key
Familiar with Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data trends. Vlookups, formulas, and pivot tables are heavily used on a daily basis in this role.
Ability to provide timely and high quality request fulfillment to achieve customer satisfaction.
Must possess strong reading comprehension and communication skills.
Good organizational and note taking skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced global environment.
Must work well in a cross-functional environment.
Works well without direct supervision.
Takes initiative to ask questions and search for answers.
Ability to complete complex research analysis.
Experience with transaction billing systems and the finance industry is a plus.
