The Role:

As an AI Analyst at Turium AI, you’ll work at the intersection of AI, analytics, and real enterprise delivery. You’ll support the design, delivery, and optimisation of AI-driven solutions across our product suite, including Turium Algoreus, Enigma, Zebra, Turium Edge AI, and Turium Qale. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and delivery-focused — ideal for someone who wants exposure to real production AI, not just theory.

What You’ll Do:

Support proposals and bids, contributing to requirements analysis, solution design, effort estimation, and AI-led value propositions aligned to client outcomes

Work with client stakeholders to understand business problems, data readiness, regulatory constraints, and enterprise environments, translating these into practical AI use cases and delivery roadmaps

Design and contribute to AI and analytics solutions, applying machine learning and advanced analytics to real-world business challenges

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, cloud and security teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems

Support model development, evaluation, validation, deployment, and production monitoring, ensuring performance, scalability, governance, and compliance

Provide delivery support across the project lifecycle, including documentation, risk assessment, optimisation, and continuous improvement

Technologies We Use:

Python, TypeScript, Flutter, AWS, LLMs, and modern AI/ML frameworks and tooling.

What We’re Looking For:

BTech graduate from an IIT, preferably in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline

1–3 years of experience (open to strong graduates through to experienced professionals)

Strong Python skills with a solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts, data preparation, and model evaluation

Comfortable working with clients, or motivated to develop client-facing and stakeholder communication skills

Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Willingness to work AEST / AEDT hours
