Job Responsibilities
As an Analog Mixed-Signal Design Co-Op, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the design and modelling of analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks (e.g., ADCs, DACs, LDOs, PLLs, amplifiers).
* Performing detailed circuit simulations using industry-standard tools (e.g., Spectre, AMS, VCS).
* Designing and incorporating digital BIST structures into analog IP blocks.
* Supporting the development of test benches and scripts for automated design and verification flows.
* Analyzing simulation results and contributing to design optimization for performance, power, and area.
* Collaborating with senior engineers to understand design requirements and specifications.
* Documenting design work, simulation results, and findings.
* Participating in design reviews and team meetings.

Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Having graduated with a BS is a plus.
* Prior experience in lab silicon validation or characterization is a plus
* Strong fundamental understanding of analog and digital circuit theory
* Familiarity with mixed-signal concepts and architectures.
* Proficiency in using circuit simulation and modelling tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, Verilog-A).
* Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, MATLAB) is beneficial.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.
Company benefits include health. dental, and vision insurance. 401(k), and paid leave. Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs. This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range as of the date of this posting is:
$64,480 to $107,500 annually
