인턴채용 - Analog Design Engineer

• 트랜지스터 및 시스템 레벨 아키텍처 이해 및 설계 방향 도출
• 공정·전압·온도(PVT) 변화에 따른 고정밀 아날로그 블록의 성능 확보
• 고성능 실리콘 검증(Silicon-Proven) IP 개발에 참여하여 제품 경쟁력 강화
• 아날로그 회로의 트리밍 및 제어 로직 구현을 위해 디지털 엔지니어와 협업
• 레이아웃 영향 최소화를 위해 레이아웃 엔지니어에게 설계 가이드 제공
• 멀티미터, 오실로스코프 등 계측 장비를 활용한 IP 특성 평가 수행
• 테스트 커버리지 확보를 위해 테스트 엔지니어링 팀과 협력하여 테스트 전략 수립
• ATE 및 특성 데이터 분석을 통해 제품 전기적 특성 및 사양 검증
• 설계, 테스트, 제품 등 다양한 팀과 기술적 인터페이스 및 협업 수행
• 성능 불일치 및 기능 이슈 발생 시 근본 원인 분석 진행
• 상위 레벨 검증 환경 구축을 위한 아날로그·혼합신호 회로 모델링 수행
• 데이터시트의 전기적 특성 및 요구사항 검토를 통해 필요한 보완사항 도출 및 가이드 제공

• CMOS 기반 반도체 설계를 중심으로 한 전자공학(EE) 석사 학위 보유
• 증폭기, 비교기, 밴드갭, 전압·전류 생성회로, 오실레이터, 레귤레이터, 데이터 컨버터, 디지털 로직 등 아날로그·혼합신호 블록 설계 및 아키텍처 이해도를 보유
• 아날로그 및 디지털 IC 설계·레이아웃·설계 툴·공정·측정 전반에 대한 기본 역량 보유
• Mixed-Signal 설계 플로우 및 Top-Down 기반 PPA(Power, Performance, Area) 최적화 방법론 이해
• 핸드 계산과 시뮬레이션 결과 간 차이를 분석하고 기술적으로 검증할 수 있는 능력 보유
• Cadence, Verilog, Python 등 관련 시뮬레이션/설계 툴 활용 경험 보유
• 반도체 신뢰성 평가 및 고장 분석(Failure Analysis) 유관 경험 보유
• 회로 및 시스템 동작을 명확하고 논리적으로 설명할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량 보유
• 설계 분석 및 결론을 정확하고 체계적으로 문서화할 수 있는 문서 작성 역량 보유
• 자기주도적이며 개방적인 태도로 협업 환경에서 문제 해결을 주도할 수 있는 역량 보유
• 글로벌 설계·특성평가·테스트 엔지니어링·기술문서팀과 협업 가능한 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유
• 데이터시트의 전기적 특성·파라미터·응용 가이드라인 해석을 통해 설계와 테스트 간 요구사항 정합성을 확보할 수 있는 역량 보유
