Propósito del cargo

Monitorear proactivamente la infraestructura, aplicaciones y servicios tecnológicos, analizando alertas, métricas y logs para identificar incidentes de Nivel 1, ejecutar acciones iniciales de contención, realizar validaciones técnicas (Linux y SQL) y escalar oportunamente según los procedimientos establecidos, garantizando la continuidad y estabilidad de la operación.

Años de experiencia aproximados:
1 año de experiencia en roles de monitoreo operativo, soporte técnico, NOC, SOC, mesa de ayuda técnica o áreas de operación tecnológica.

Nivel de autonomía esperado:
Alto.
Capacidad para operar de manera independiente, priorizar alertas, ejecutar acciones iniciales de contención y escalar incidentes de forma oportuna según procedimientos establecidos.

Conocimientos técnicos indispensables:

Sistemas operativos Linux (uso funcional habitual: revisión de procesos, servicios, logs y comandos básicos).

SQL – nivel medio (consultas básicas y de validación operativa).

Monitoreo de servicios, aplicaciones y/o infraestructura.

Interpretación de alertas, métricas y logs.

Análisis y atención de incidentes de Nivel 1 y apoyo a Nivel 2.

Habilidades requeridas:

Alta autonomía y responsabilidad operativa.

Trabajo en equipo y coordinación con áreas técnicas.

Trabajo bajo presión y manejo de múltiples alertas/incidentes.

Habilidades de comunicación nivel medio (escrita y verbal).

Resolución de incidentes.

Capacidad de investigación y análisis.

Estudios:

Estudiantes de últimos semestres o profesionales graduados en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o carreras afines.
