Per il nostro Team ICT, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Analista Funzionale IT che faccia da ponte tra business e sviluppo, motivato/a e appassionato/a per supportare la crescita e l’innovazione dei sistemi informativi aziendali.

Di cosa ti occuperai?

Entrerai a far parte del team IT con un ruolo chiave nell’analisi dei requisiti e nella gestione dei progetti applicativi:

• Sarai il punto di riferimento tra utenti interni, stakeholder di business e team tecnici.
• Raccoglierai e analizzerai i requisiti funzionali insieme agli stakeholder
• Redigerai documentazione funzionale (specifiche, user story, use case, flow)
• Collaborerai con sviluppatori, architetti e PM nella definizione delle soluzioni
• Coordinerai e parteciperai alle fasi di test e UAT
• Analizzerai i processi AS-IS e proporrai soluzioni TO-BE
• Ti interfaccerai con fornitori e vendor tecnologici
• Supporterai il change management e la formazione agli utenti

Requirements:
Il tuo profilo

• Esperienza di almeno 2 anni come Analista Funzionale o ruolo simile (IT / consulenza)
• Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o affini
• Conoscenza di metodologie Agile/Scrum e Waterfall
• Buona padronanza di strumenti come Jira, Confluence, Visio (o equivalenti)
• Capacità di analisi di processi, modelli dati e architetture applicative
• Buona conoscenza dell’inglese
