● Generar y enviar las órdenes de compra a proveedores intercompany.

● Coordinación y seguimiento de las órdenes de compra internacionales, hasta su arribo a planta, manteniendo

una comunicación fluida con el despachante de aduana, forwarders y transportistas.

● Controlar toda la documentación necesaria para la importación en cumplimiento de normas de Comercio

Exterior, SOX y Trade Compliance.

● Controlar las facturas relacionadas a la operación de importación y exportación (despachante, transporte,

cauciones, etc.)

● Generar diferentes informes de gestión mensuales (anticipos de aduana, costos, medición del servicio de los

proveedores, informe de mercadería en tránsito) y mantener actualizado el sistema de Comercio Exterior

(Infobroker).

● Realizar auditorías internas.

● Cumplir con los procedimientos relacionados con el programa OEA.

● Contribuir a la optimización de fletes internacionales.

● Mantener informada al área comercial de potenciales riesgos en el abastecimiento al mercado

● Brindar soporte al área de Planificación

La persona deberá contar con 3 años de experiencia comprobable en puestos similares.

Estudiante avanzado o graduado en Comercio Exterior, Adm. de Empresas.

Nivel de inglés: Avanzado (oral y escrito fluido).

Nivel de Excel o Google Sheets: Avanzado.

Se valorará que posean un nivel de portugués básico-intermedio.

Se valorará tener conocimiento de Planificación del Abastecimiento y de sistemas de gestión de Comercio Exterior.
